I wonder if parents of gay kids were ever investigated...


"In her decision, Meachum highlighted the consequences that the controversial policy has had on the family who brought the suit.

“It clearly appears to the court that unless defendants are immediately enjoined from enforcing the governor’s directive … plaintiffs will suffer imminent and irreparable injury. For example, Jane Doe has already been placed on administrative leave at work, and is at risk of losing her job, her livelihood and her means of caring for her family,” Meachum said."
 
Hopefully that nonsensical order is appealed and overturned and the judge removed from the bench.

Hopefully the ruling loses on appeal and precedent is set
 
It's the last gasp of these bigots and homophobes who are still alive and in power.

With conservatives, its always about their inability to deal with sexuality, or people who aren't as white as they are.

They know they are in a dying demographic, they are trying to make a last stand because angry christian homophobic bigots are a dying demographic.

There is no evidence that medical care for trans teens is abuse. All of the medical associations are opposed to this texas law because denying effective medical care because of partisan pandering is dangerous.

It's the evangelicals, but mainstream Christianity is complicit. They don't seem to have a problem with it and there is no pushback from the people that matter in those circles

Using trans kids to score political points with the dreck that calls itself conservative in this country. If Christians want a front row seat in heaven they need to get it on their own damn dime, not on the backs of women, homosexuals or blacks. Shame on everybody who fancies him/herself a Christian
