And btw, they have to start somewhere. So this crime suffices.
And then take a look at the kind of person he was hanging around with.
Ah, so guilty by association? How un-American.
To be honest, all that says is that if he had a Class A or B felony as a juvenile, that it would be open record. Class C felonies include involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault, and could still be closed if there were two or less adjudications - straight from the article itself.Hey look, another made up rumor is proven wrong, again.

Doesn't matter, the wingnut bloggers were saying they "heard" he was charged with murder.
So did the teenager that lives next door that repeatedly flipped the flag on my mailbox up. He was a repeat offender.I said he committed a felony. That can be proven

Point is, we don't know what he would have been convicted of, possibly plead down to, etc. He definitely pushed somebody and allegedly stole cigarillos.
So predictable. There were TWO paragraphs to my post. Try reading both of them, and maybe focus on the one that starts with "Point is..."Lol !
Thats strong arm robbery amd thats a felony and you're not seriously trying to equate flipping a flag up on a Mail box to Strong armed robbery are you ?
Talking about his record. As for what he did in the store, there was no trial, so you can't say he is a felon.
You can opine that he is one, but opinions are like...well you know...
Did there NEED to be a trial ?
Did there NEED to be a trial ?
He strong arm robbed a store. You can't say it didn't happen, its on video.
And it definitely contradicts the false narrative of a Gentle Giant minding his own business.
Without that video there's no telling what the media would have done to that LIE about him being innocent good kid that had just been accepted to " College ".
Attorney: New audio reveals pause in gunfire when Michael Brown was shot
By Holly Yan, CNNLawyer: Audio shows 11 shots when Michael Brown killed - CNN.com

[...]
In the recording, a quick series of shots can be heard, followed by a pause and then another quick succession of shots.
"I personally heard at least 11" shots, the man's attorney, Lopa Blumenthal, told CNN's Don Lemon.
The man, who asked that his identity not be revealed, lives near the site of the shooting and was close enough to have heard the gunshots, Blumenthal said.
He was speaking to a friend on a video chat service and happened to be recording the conversation at the same time Brown was shot, Blumenthal said.

11 Shots in 5 seconds.
Short pause between 6 and the other five. Likely Brown was still coming at him.
Just more evidence.
No, the store owner and/or clerk may have decided not to press charges.
But if was to be convicted, then YES.
:dohYes, I see that as completely reasonable: I am an unarmed man, a cop is shooting at me so I run TOWARD him. Makes sense.
I live in a country where there are trials and people get their day in court. Not sure about you.
While contrapositive was right, guilt by association does have it's merits and is fully American as it is any other nationality.Sigh.Ah, so guilty by association? How un-American.
That's not what he was getting at, it's the ridiculous assertion that has been pushed endlessly that these two were innocent and non-violent. It also speaks to his credibility as a witness
Oh really ?
Where was the vetting of the media's narrative that this guy was some innocent Gentle Giant who was gunned down in cold blood ?
I mean there was no trial for the officer and people made the decision the day it happened.
Releasing that video was a brilliant move on the part of the Ferguson Police force
Because it DESTROYED the myth that this was just a innocent Kid minding his own business.
A myth that if not for the video would have been perpetuated and embellished to the point of " justifying " more violence, more riots and more looting
The releasw of the video pissed off the race hustlers too.
Thats indication enough that ut was the right thing to do.
:doh
Prove that doesn't happen, and then prove he wasn't already approaching the Officer when the Officer started shooting.
Which makes you wrong all the way around.I think people that think they know what happened here, unless that actually were there, are playing in the realm of foolishness.
That all said, I find your speculation herein to be unreasonable...... I did not say it did not happen, I just said its not reasonable.
