At Least Three Veterans Wrongfully Told ‘You’re Fired’ By Donald Trump Companies
Back in April, we learned about the story of decorated Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Richard Wright and how he was terminated from his position at the Trump Institute because of his military deployment. In the past few days, we've found out Wright was not alone. At least two more veterans were fired from their positions in Donald Trump's companies because of their obligations to the United States Armed Forces. In all three cases, the veterans sued the organizations run by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and all three won settlements for wrongful terminations.
Trump just loves those veterans - except when they work for him
What is a bit sad, in my opinion: "While Wright continues to be a fan of Donald Trump and plans to vote for him in November, it's clear from the lawsuit he didn't appreciate how Trump's organization treated his time away to serve his country."
You do realize that Trump (despite his appearance on that "The Apprentice" TV Show) does not actually do all the hiring and firing at his various business ventures?
That is done by the management and Human Resources at each business venture.
What is a bit sad, IMO, is people like you dragging this stuff out to make a false point; a point that Mr. Wright does not seem to agree with either. :coffeepap:
So unlike Harry Truman, we can't expect Trump to accept responsibility for the actions of his underlings - is that really the type of President you want?

Is there anything in the article (which is clearly as much opinion as actual reporting, and biased opinion at that) about Trump's actions once he was apprised of the situations? No.
That means we don't know if he took any action against the managers who were actually responsible or not. Seems to me that a thoroughly researched article trying to report ALL the facts would have also provided that information too, ya think?
Your choice of character assassination material does you no credit, IMO. :coffeepap:

BTW: This is my 5,000 post! Does this make me cooler now or what? :2party:
Definitely must be cooler than people with less than 5,000, but not as cool as anyone with 10,000 or more.

Or Ronald Reagan. What impressed me most about him was that Iran-Contra was done by underlings, but against the advise of his advisers, he went on national TV and took complete responsibility for it, and said it was all his fault, and apologized to the American people. His advisers told him that his political career would be over if he did it. He did it anyway. Turns out that his advisers were wrong. He was right, and earned a lot of respect in doing what he did, by putting everything on the line. You just don't see politicians like that any more.
That's the type of President we have now...lol
