nothing wrong with giving credit to SpaceX for doing what the US Fed Govt couldn't do
 
Doesn't this really boil down to what Boeing ****** up in the first place?

The employees in charge from the top down on what sent them there missed the mark.

Funding doesn't guarantee employee quality performance.
