Associated Press: Mexican security chief confirms cartel family members entered US in a deal with Trump administration

We’ve all been arguing for weeks and you guys still haven’t figured out what due process is.

Interesting. You're arguing that gathering witnesses in order to build cases against alleged cartel leaders isn't engaging in due process. If building a legal, evidentiary-based case against those we plan to arrest and charge with crimes doesn't meet the criteria of due process, then what practices would meet the criteria in your opinion?

So you're basing your opinion on an article you think is mistaken or untruthful.

Have we learning nothing from the war on drugs?

Even if we could eliminate one of many drug cartels in Mexico, the demand in the USA will continue. That means supply will continue, too.

That's a good point. The demand has to stop before the black market goes away. But in the meanwhile, I don't think law enforcement is going to just forget about the cartels.

Either they cooperate or he'll expose the corruption (3:20).

"....The blood of countless millions is on their hands...." though.

But he did say "....you have to take out their families...." right.

I'm all for making it easier for people to legally enter the country. I care about them too - many of my students are refugees and immigrants.

The confirmation by García Harfuch came the same day the office of U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced it was charging a number of top cartel leaders with "narcoterrorism" for the first time since the Trump administration declared a number of cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. "Let me be direct, to the leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel, you are no longer the hunters, you are the hunted," U.S. Attorney Adam Gordon for the Southern District of California said. "You will be betrayed by your friends, you will be hounded by your enemies and you will ultimately find yourself and your face here in a courtroom in the Southern District of California."

Trump's administration making differences - winning for the USA and winning for the American people AND Mexico as well. The goal is to obliterate terrorist groups.

My neighbors likely had little to do with it. The murdering, drug smuggling, money laundering family member isn't the one living there. It has always been easier for affluent foreigners to get into the US.

We already do that. You're describing the current process.
