Ashley St. Clair, who says she is the mother of one of Elon Musk's children, has accused the billionaire of withdrawing child support payments to punish her for "disobedience." It comes after St. Clair said she sold her Tesla car on Saturday to make up for Musk's alleged 60 percent cut to payments. Musk has never confirmed that he fathered a child with St. Clair, who filed a lawsuit in New York in February seeking sole custody of her son. In a separate petition, she is seeking a court declaration that Musk is the father. The custody application included screen shots of texts St. Clair said Musk had sent, in which he allegedly told her he wanted to "knock her up again" and make a "legion" of new children.

Responding to St. Clair's claims on Monday, Musk wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "I don't know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed. "Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year." St. Clair later responded: "Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused. "And you weren't sending *me* money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary... until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for 'disobedience.' But you're really only punishing your son."

Responding to St. Clair's claims on Monday, Musk wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "I don't know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed.

"Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year."

So to clarify, she is claiming that $2.5M payment and $500k a year are all just child support.

However now she is making 60% less on that half a million a year or only $200k a year in child support.

Do you think any court in the land is going to find that all that money is being spent exclusively on the child?

If paternity is determined, the courts WILL order Musk-scum to pay child support at an amount based on his income. He WILL pay more, and he WILL NOT be able to withhold it without going to jail.
