Now I want to see the same level of skepticism, suspicion, and mistrust of unchecked and unregulated corporate power.. . . you give it power to do things TO you." - Albert Jay Nock

Below are some of my favorite quotes regarding the relationship between government power and Liberty:
"Giving money and power to the government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys." - P.J. O'Rourke
"Your government sees you as a milk cow. If things get tough for them, they will treat you like a beef cow." - Doug Casey
"Many people want the government to protect the consumer. A much more urgent problem is to protect the consumer from the government." - Milton Friedman
"Liberty and freedom are inversely proportional to government power." - Me
"A man's natural rights are his own, against the whole world; and any infringement of them is equally a crime, whether committed by one man, or by millions; whether committed by one man, calling himself a robber, or by millions, calling themselves a government." - Lysander Spooner
"Governments don't want well-informed, well-educated people capable of critical thinking... They want obedient workers, people who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork. And just dumb enough to passively accept it." - George Carlin
You have a very distorted sense of what libertarianism is about. Libertarianism is not a "magical faith" as you suggest. It is an ideology which based on the notion that each person is a sovereign entity, and that the government has no right forcing a person to do something against our wishes. We want government to respect and protect the individual's natural right to Life, Liberty and Property. We're adults, and don't need the government to watch over us, or take care of us.. . . Instead, all I see from libertarians is a magical faith that if you just leave them alone and you have blind faith in them, everything magically works for the best.
You tell me.Who is John Galt?
Savior who must be blindly worshipped? WTF are you talking about???The savior who must be blindly worshipped or He will not grant you not eternal salvation, LOL.
From what I've seen, at least from the LP's Twitter postings, the LP is basically MAGA lite at this point. It appears they too have succumbed to the cult of Trump. The Libertarian Party?
WUT???

I TOOK NO FREEDOMS FROM YOU. GOVERNMENT TAKES AWAY YOUR FREEDOMS. You have a remarkably twisted and bizarre sense of reality. It can because you may be doing things which impact me, and not even be aware of it, or not caring.
When you are taking freedoms which are impacting me, I can either try to limit those freedoms through laws and government, or take care of it myself, vigilante style. I guess it's just a matter of taste. Which do you think works better in a modern civil society?
Or have you thought it could actually be the other way around?I TOOK NO FREEDOMS FROM YOU. GOVERNMENT TAKES YOUR FREEDOMS. You have a remarkably twisted and bizarre sense of reality.
Your arguments are dumb, irrational, and make no sense whatsoever.
Look - your questions are nonsensical, your statements are nonsensical, literally everything you post is pure nonsense.Or have you thought it could actually be the other way around?
Do you think traffic lights are government taking your freedoms by making you stop at busy intersections? Would you rather pedestrians armed with ARs do it themselves instead?
Someone has to. You don't get to have that freedom. So take your pick which you would prefer taking away that freedom from you. "I just want to be free to do what I want at busy intersections" is not an option.
Look - your questions are nonsensical, your statements are nonsensical, literally everything you post is pure nonsense.
OK, if you wish. We're done, Ok?
