The Russian people were already familiar with Arnold because the movie Red Heat (1988) was filmed in Moscow and released in Russia.

Here Arnold speaks to the Russian people personally and tells them that the Putin government is lying about the invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2020.

While Arnold is undoubtedly a fascinating individual, and a fairly decent one from everything I’ve heard, is there a reason you want to talk about a speech he apparently made five years ago?

Well, logic and common sense don't seem to work on the dumbasses in Russia, so maybe a movie star's speech will work.

Gee dude, people in the U.S. still celebrate the Confederacy, who explicitly fought to defend slavery, so America has zero room to claim

I dunno, if I had to choose between being an American who flies a confederate flag on his F-150, and a Russian who dies so his dad can get a free microwave, I think I'd just have to pick and suffer through the first choice. What about you?

But I get the US has never gotten over the Russians helping bring down apartheid, to say nothing of the collapse of Jim Crow.

Americans die for lies about how freaking Iraq is a threat to “freedom”.

A bunch of Americans are about to die for lies about Iran wanting to get into a nuclear war with Israel.

When they aren’t celebrating outright slavery, that is.

Is that supposed to be “intelligent”?

I answered it repeatedly. You whining because you can’t bear to face up to the fact Americans endlessly die for lies, and openly celebrate slavery…. can’t make that reality go away.

When you wrote "the US" , who did you mean? Can you name someone as an example who has "never gotten over it". Would Truman be the US president when "Russians helping bring down apartheid" occurred? Do you mean second term VP Nixon? Can you name someone.



Also, why would any American be either emotional or concerned in any way (never gotten over it) about how Russia was "helping bring down apartheid"? Name someone besides you and me who cares if Russia did that.


Also, are you saying"aparteid" figuratively, or legally as in South Africa?
 

I'm going with F150 and the flag, to take my son to the resale shop for a new microwave.

Are you unaware of the significant aid the U.S. provided to apartheid South Africa in the name of “fighting Russia”?
