So you're suggesting that Tiller's murderer didn't plan to kill Tiller but just walked into the church and randomly picked Tiller out as a victim?
Tiller's murder was due to religious ideology of the murderer. It wasn't some nut job just out killing someone. The man had religious and/or political motivation. No different then the jihadists. No that was a targeted assassination by one loan nut versus a global initiative which plays itself out in every corner of the world on nearly a daily basis.

The Army Recruiter's murder looks more like a random assassination from a lone nutjob.
It was most likely an attack at government, not the individual murdered.
Though, we don't know for sure either way yet. Plus, as stated earlier, the murderer may used the Islamic association to give reason to his insane needs. It seems pretty clear he didn't care what faction he was associated with, just as long as he could do something that was anti-establishment.
I have to say I was watching O'Reilly tonight...
I would make a pithy and highly amusing comment about you watching O'Rielly, but I liked your post too much to give you a hard time over it.
Besides, I would have watched Olbermann if baseball was not on.
I can't even believe you admit to watching Olbermann. To me that's akin to someone saying, "I heard Janeane Garofalo make a good point yesterday." It just shouldn't happen. :2razz:
And yet you watch O'Rielly, who is just like Olbermann, but without the factchecking and humor.

He was an extremist of a global pro-life group.Much different from Jihadists. The murder of abortion doctors doesn't occur on a near daily basis in every corner of the earth. The killer of Tiller was not part of a larger global (or even national) initiative.
You have no facts that back it had anything to do with Islamic imperialism. His actions give support that we had ideals and was looking for any anti-establishment group to accept him to give superficial purpose to his lashing out.No it looks like yet another in a long series of attacks carried out by the global jihadists on a nearly daily basis in every corner of the globe.
It was a targeted assassination of U.S. military personal on U.S. soil.
lol it wasn't "anti-establishment" it was pro-Islamic imperialist expansionism.

No the circumstances he layed out does. So far, no terrorist organization has claimed to know who the hell he is and he has not claimed that attack was done for religious reasons. His actions demonstrate that he is a member of the global jihad.
According to law enforcement sources, they have received reports that Muhammad appears to have attended the mosque during a period from 2006 to 2007 when evidence indicates he resided in Columbus. It is unclear what, if any, links he had to the individuals already convicted.
However, his possible links to the mosque are one promising avenue under investigation as the government attempts to reconstruct Muhammad's path to radicalization and to establish firmly whether he acted alone in the recruiting station shooting.
This place is not for me. I was expecting debate and instead I get personal attacks. Adios.
Update: The FBI is investigating Abdulhakim Muhammads ties to a mosque in Columbus Ohio. He may have been radicalized there. Three other terrorist worshiped at the same mosque.
Nuradin Abdi was convicted in 2007 of planning to blow up an Ohio shopping mall.
Iyman Faris was convicted in 2003 of planning to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge.
Christopher Paul was convicted in 2008 of conspiring to use explosives against targets in the U.S. and Europe.
The authorities claimed that Muhammad acted alone when this story first broke. Now it seems this guy may have been part of a jihadist mosque.
I recall a story that was done about undercover mosque investigations here in the US. I posted a thread about it some time back. According to the info obtained from these investigations many mosques in this country preached hate, intolerance, and jihad. And we are not talking the personal jihad many muslims partake in. We are talking holy war on non-believers. The fact that this young man may have been radicalized in a mosque here in the US does not suprise me at all.
Youv'e got it all wrong. Its sad because some girl goes missing in Aruba, or a story like Dr Tillers will remain in the news for months or years and a story like this will not even make the mainstream media. The media is biasd, admit it. Fox will report this story but it will be a blip on the rest of the liberal media outlets.

A drive by shooting today at a Little Rock Arkansas recruiting station resulted in the death of one soilder and the wounding of another. The shooter Abdulhakim Margahid Muhammad opened fire on the soldiers as they stood out front. He was specifically targeting military personnel. Police stoped the man after a brief chase. They found 3 weapons in his vehicle then searched his apartment and removed evidence related to the murder.
Do not expect to see this story in the mainstream media. If you do it wont last more than a few days and then it will be dropped unlike the story of the child killer Dr George Tiller which will remain in the news for months. Kept alive by the pro-choice media. Meanwhile this story will be buried asap. Its a sickening twisted backwards time we live in.
Thoughts and prayers to the soldiers and there families.

No the circumstances he layed out does. So far, no terrorist organization has claimed to know who the hell he is and he has not claimed that attack was done for religious reasons.
His actions show he was trying to participate in rogue group that would accept him. Be it jihadist or Somali pirate. More then likely he is just some lunatic that is using Islam as an excuse to perform insane acts.
He doesn't have to be a member of an organized terrorist organization (all though it now appears he was) to be a member of the global Jihad.
