A 32 year-old Mesa police officer, Sgt. Brandon Mendoza was murdered by an intoxicated criminal illegal alien who was driving the wrong way down a freeway. At the time of the accident, the criminal alien had a blood alcohol level that was three times the legal limit and had been driving the wrong way for more than 35 miles on four different freeways. Although the alien had been convicted of previous crimes, he had not been deported.

Bit of a point here. When we accept someone into this country via legal means we have an obligation to accept the responsibility that they may very well commit crimes. This goes for native folks also. This is not so for illegal aliens. So your point here is more of a deflection than anything else. Not to mention Mendoza isn't talking about legal immigration. She's talking about illegal immigration. Two very separate subjects. So its a bit of a strawman.

If they've paid into social security at all, one benefit usually not mentioned is a social security pension for undocumented immigrants when they retire!
