eh, it's a slang term for an "online penis", sort of. Kind of implies someone who is....hmm... how do I put it... thinks they're greater than they are, or thumping their chest like "look at me! I'm an all powerful mod! I iz the bestest!" Like... my dick is bigger than yours attitude?

It's kind of a vague concept. But the general gist of it is the mod in question apparently takes his modding VERY seriously and likes to "show off" how uber powerful he is on an online forum. It's just hilarious to watch, actually.

Nah, you have the ability to overlook political differences and take a neutral stand on things. Even if just for a few seconds, but you can.
And by no measure are they extreme compared to some other people on this forum, many whom brand themselves "very conservative".
