where they had to split up men and women because men were performing worse and needed their own category to have a chance ?

i was just reading about Caster Semenya and wondering why she should be penalized for having testicles.

would a man get disqualified from a competition for being a woman ?

i mean we have special conditions for women, blacks etc all the while being pounded the message that they're just as good as we are. well then how about some special privileges for us too ?
