Are genital preferences transphobic?

How are they not? There's no such thing as sexual attraction to genitals, only to genders. If a straight man were to refuse to be with a penis-having woman (for example) he's attracted to that is effective trans erasure because you aren't viewing that person. Would you straight guys out there really refuse to be with a hot chick just because she has the wrong organ?
 
I think the incredible interest we show to a tiny, tiny, tiny fraction of humanity confirms the demand for trans folks outstrips the supply.

But no, it doesn't make me any sort of phobe to have a preference of genitalia, and that is indeed wrapped up in the attraction (speaking only for myself.)

It's like saying that liking Pepsi is a sign I hate Atlanta, GA, where Coca-Cola has a major distribution center.

What if I like'em hard and smooth like Barbie and Ken dolls? Does that mean I hate all genders?

Being transphobic is just that you don't see transgender people as equals. Trans people don't expect that everybody likes them because as a hetero woman I don't like all men. I am very picky about who I date and I doubt that I would date a transgendered guy, but I would never treat them as less than equal because of their birth condition.

BTW, Trans women hate their penis much more than you do them having it and are willing to pay thousands of dollars to have it surgically rebuilt into a vagina. I've heard that almost half of transgdered women are lesbians or bisexual so they don't want to date guys.

I'm mostly pointing to how much time and energy we dedicate to trying to decide how to treat these folks, when they are a tiny fraction of the population. Collectively, we find then fascinating!

From a market POV, Futa IS the demand for transgender people, at least in the animated realm. "Traps" are also popular, where an IRL person who initially seems clearly female suddenly surprises you with dong. It's not my thing, but it's a very common kink. Doubtless they charge a considerable premium for trans "services" at your average brothel (also not my deal.)

No they are not. Sexual preference have nothing to do with how you treat a person in general.

Now in my observation there are two basic types of sexual attraction, to the sex and to the gender. Now while we do not get to see a person's genitals until we actually get them "in bed", the attraction is in anticipation of such. Other people are more focused on the gender. So while a penis having woman is not a problem, a vagina having man is off the board.

Now one of the problems I have seen is where a trans whatever gets upset when someone is not attracted to them but is attracted to a cis of the same. They instantly cry transphobic, without noticing that there are also several other cis whatever the person is also not attracted to. This is by no means what I've observed the majority do, but the few who do make a scene about it, thinking it's about their trans status as opposed to the person simply not being attracted to them.

I don't have a problem with you having different tastes. My objections come in when someone says my preferences are wrong for being heterosexual or liking ***** over dick.
 

Not necessarily. There are plenty of trans folks who don't need the full SRS to alleviate the GD. Some can get by with just presenting and others only need top adjusting.

In my experience with the trans community +95% of trans people want to be treated as their identified gender and nothing more. They want to pass perfectly and just blend in like women and women. The other 5% are people to stay away from.

IMO, I think that Futa and another semi-trans porn appeal to guys who are closeted about being gay or bi because they appear to be attracted to women but like the idea of someone who blurs the gender lines because it allows them to exhibit their non-hetero tendencies ina safe way.

I never understood what the word Traps meant until a non-binary friend explained it to me.

My own euphemism. Basically the adding or removing of breasts.

A transvestite is another name for a cross dresser. They are cisgender, but have a preference for clothing that is stereotypically associated with the opposite sex. So ultimately the difference would be gender identity.

Well...no...because they are still men. Just because someone really really really really really believes they are a woman doesnt make it so, no matter how many people reinforce the delusion.
 

There are some transvestites that take hormones, which would create some breast growth. There are more than a few who blur the lines between just dressing and being transgendered. Many older transgender (20+) people start as transvestites in their teens and progress from there.

I accidentally blended two different words.
Yaoi and Yuri are anime/manga same sex romance genres, which may or may not blend with hentai. Yaoi is male and Yuri is female.

Anime is the overall animation style sets that typically come out of Japan. They can be little kid innocent all the way up to hard core porn. Hentai is a specific genre dealing with sex and sexual activity. That's not to be confused with fan service which does flashes of T&A and panty flashing and such.

I think most straight men would consider a trans woman to be a man. And that is because she has a penis. it doesn't matter how much like a hot chick a trans woman looks she's still a man.

If people want to call this transphobic I think they should be able to but I think that words should have less cloud with people who you call transphobic.

yeah that's why I don't think this is all about trans people. I think it's more about offending and provoking traditionalists. If a guy wants to be a lady in dresses up like a lady and otherwise looks like a Lady most people are going to say anything it doesn't really matter it's been going around for decades. Probably centuries.
These ****ist and ****ophobe words are used to blackmail people.

What I would tell you about feeling offended by being called this, consider the people calling you this, they think it's straight for your guy to get down on his knees and perform oral sex on a trans woman.

Where I'm from we call those closet cases.
