And who likes Kefir?

Have never had it. If it's anything like Finnish Piimä, then no thanks. Not my thing. If it's more like viili, then yes please, with sugar and cinammon.

It's called "filbunke" in Sweden I think. You eat it with a spoon, and flavor it with sugar and cinammon or some jam of some kind.
 
I prefer Filmjölk (sour milk?) to kefir. They are very similar and sour milk is made in the same way as Kefir with the difference that the cultures from the bacterias of Lactococcus and Leuconostoc are used instead of kefir grains.

I always have problems in finding it in other countries than Sweden, maybe due to that I do not know what it is called...

It's basically what is called Piimä in Finland.
