America's Media Meltdown

Oh its far worse than that...

'Old Pencilneck' is on the rampage daily. This guy desires attention even more than
Chuck Schumer . What will 'pencil neck' do when this Russian Collusion stuff
comes to an abrupt end.

My wife cancelled our newspaper subscription this week. She told me that, since our dog died, she doesn't need the paper any longer. Apparently it wasn't worth reading enough to buy it for that purpose.

I like your wife's reasoning.

I still get a few magazines, but have not subscribed to the local paper in about 5 years. Aside from obituaries, I don't miss it at all, since it became owned by the USA Today (Gannett?) has become as superficial a propaganda organ as any other.

The interesting thing about the leftist media is they complain about Trump and Russian collusion, yet they are the ones that are helping the Russians the most by causing disruption in the American government, using Soviet style propaganda tactics.

I asked myself, say the Russians recruited key people and could interfere with the USA, what would be a reasonable end game for them, short of taking over the country by force? They would like to see chaos in the US government, so little gets done. This will start a domino affect that might cause the American people to get restless and maybe even start a civil war or coop. The left appears to be helping that end game using misinformation and delay and obstruction tactics. It is also causing division with paid protesters.

I always felt the real collusion was between Russia and the Clintons, since they made millions off their relationship with Russia. If Hillary had won, this end game may have happened without resistance. Clinton loyalists would be expected to help with the Russian end game, with disruption and propaganda two of their tools.

Trump is not helping with the any logical end game for Russia. He is building up the military, not reducing the military like Obama, making it harder for Russian to deal with America. Trump is not turning us into a socialist state based on a large centralized government, which would be a better fit for Russian rule. Trump is trying to get rid of American Oligarchy rule, based on campaign contributions. T

You nailed the basic point: Obama came into office in a real mandate (he won both the popular vote (52.9%) and a large electoral college victory, 365 to 173 [which is greater than Trump's.] Obama immediately began working to fix the then-broken economy that was wildly shedding jobs and writing health care reform.

Moreover, the narrative that the media unapologetically bestowed their adoration of President Barack Obama, is blatently false. He was criticized for his vacations, not wearing a flag-pin in his lapel, for chewing gum, golf outings, taxpayer-funded travel, executive orders, and more.

Vacations, golfing, travel, executive orders were all things that Trump does in spades that the same people who condemned Obama are quiet as church mice, now that Trump is in the White House.

So why is it, you come in, drop these bull**** editorials in a steaming pile, and then never even bother to defend the bull**** you post? It is almost like you know it is impossible to defend and kinda stupid, but you are hoping mindless spam will somehow convince people of something...

The reality is the Trump WH is full of incompetent and clumsy people - many with serious impulse control issues. The majority of them are inexperienced, and have no interest in learning how to perform their duties, so it's not surprising that all of these factors have led to the most dysfunctional WH in history.

You can't blame the media for this track-wreck, but you can blame the people that voted for them.

This is one of the most absurd posts, front to back, I've ever read. Completely divorced from reality on all fronts.

Interesting. Just out of curiosity. Do you happen to know who owns the "leftist media", that you claim is (are) wreaking havoc on America?

I don't think I've seen so much right-wing propaganda contained in one post. Kudos! Also, when someone tries to overthrow a government, it's call a "coup". A coop is where one keeps their chickens which for Trump and his cavalcade of criminal clowns are coming home to roost.

This.

The Trump administration and many of his supporters are a bunch of whiny little babies. They want a trophy just for showing up. Their guy is an incompetent despicable human being and he shows it every day. That is why he gets bad coverage.

To be fair the OP was about as divorced from reality as it gets too.

To be fair, the melt down is and always has been on the conservative media. The guy in the WH and his accomplices in Congress might be a dying breed in the next few years.

Sorry pal, I'm not going to let you get away with reckless statements and a show a blatant disregard for reality. Provide one item of credible support for the bolded statement (or, by the laws of debate, we all get to dismiss it as not true).
