Washington (CNN)The American Bar Association is calling on the Senate Judiciary Committee to halt the consideration of President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh until an FBI investigation is completed into the sexual assault allegations that have roiled his nomination.
Logic 101 - This makes complete sense. Investigate the charges. If true, the go after Kavanaugh with full force of the law. If false, then go after Ford the same way.
Somebody committed perjury here, and whoever it turns out to be should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

A statement with no evidence does not deserve an investigation.
That's self serving BS in more than one way.
She cannot even prove where the house is.
The 4 witnesses that she said were present when the attack occurred all have zero recollection of any incident like this, or being there at all.
ajn678 is spot on.
What's left? Hearsay about some young jocks and a yearbook?
So much fear.
You equate this to fear?
Why not stop with the Bullcrap .............and give us your own insight or facts instead.

...............
Spare me.
So, you have nothing to offer other than drive by one liners?
No details, facts, or personal insight?
So much fear.

No one had to commit perjury here. Ms. Ford could be mis-remembering due to transference and Kavanaugh could be telling the truth. They're both 100% sure that they are telling the truth. Perjury is about purposefully lying. I don't think either one is lying.
Ms, Ford was not "misremembering". She was simply ignored and dismissed. Judge Kavanaugh, who more than six times references her friend Ms. Kayser, declared that Ms. Kayser sworn under penalty of felony that she did not recall the party in question, tweeted to Dr. Ford that all she did was, because of her own poor health, tell her attorney to handle to matter for her because of her own health issues. Ms. Kayser's attorneys then released a statement that they, not Ms. Kayser released, saying that she "did not recall the party in question and had nothing further to add."
In reality, Ms. Kayser texted Dr. Ford saying that she that her attorneys released a statement that had never been signed by her, that did not accurately relate the information she knew at the time, because she personally had told her attorney that she didn't know anything relevant and did not with to testify before the committee.
Link to any of this please.

We already saw a public investigation. We saw how memories stacked up against written calendars.
I’m not sure if you are ignorant or just ....
Ford has claimed many different things about the incident. When it happened, how many were involved, etc.
If you aren’t open to the possibility that Ford was raped and that Kavanuagh had nothing to do with it then you are a partisan hack.
And judging by your previous posts...

We also saw many indications of Kavanaugh's bad temper repeatedly as well as his political bias.Maybe he hit the booze before testifying and during the breaks.
Hers the problem: democrats arent going to vote for him no matter what any investigation uncovers. If dems were interested in an honest inquiry and an honest process then a deeper investigation might be worthwhile. But they arent, so its not.
