For those of you who are too young, in the 2,000 presidential election the SCOTUS ended the vote count in Florida and ruled Bush the winner, This happened although not all of the votes in that state were not allowed too be counted. When an attempt was made before the courts ruling to count all of the votes, a group of Gopers not only from Florida but from other states used force and intimidation to end the vote counting. And that gave us GW Bush as president. First, many Americans never believed that Bush was the true president and that has lead to many of the problems we still have with us today. It also lead to two wars, both are still going over 14 years later. If the votes had been allowed to be counted and Gore had won, we would not have had the war in Iraq as Gore, unlike Bush and Cheney, would not have lied to get us into the War in Iraq. So, no matter who wins the elections in Florida and Arizona, let us have all the votes be counted. Let us not have a repeat of what happened in the 2,000 presidential election. Elections in this country are supposed to be about the one who gets the most votes wins and not who gets to stop the voting while one candidate or the other is ahead.
I think you are looking for the CT forum
~snipped your version of history and your speculation about what would have happened...blah, blah, blah~

We also have rules...and that is the issue in Broward county. The Supervisor of Elections is not following the rules. This makes her actions very suspicious...especially when, days after the election, she keeps coming up with more and more ballots to count. Add to that the fact that she won't let anyone...except Nelson's attorney...in to see the work she's doing.
Add to that the lady's record of voting corruption and we have a justified suspicion of what's going on there.

What would you like to bet that if the Democrats had won in Florida...these "provisional ballots" would not have been "discovered?"
Hard to justify stopping a count or even throwing out ballots on specious grounds if the total votes, ballots to be counted and ballots counted are less than the total registered voters on the rolls. Finish the count so the county is on record and is thus responsible for its count and its validation and then have it, both sides. Just wail away at each other if they want to do so. But stopping the count is a massive mistake proven so.

I haven't seen anyone say they want to stop the count. I've only seen people say they want the law followed while counting.

Link to the ruies she is not following. According to Forida rules, she has until tomorrow to have her count done. Several other counties also have not finished yet.
That is the same thing as stopping the count. You can't rush in and question the count in progress. If you think the counting is not being done correctly, let them finish the count, stack the ballots and have at it. The practical matter of trying to gain access to the counting centers is stopping the count.
The people trying to gain access at this point don't have any earthly idea even what they would be looking for. What happened in 2000 in Florida was a complete travesty and an embarrassment regardless of the result.
Arizona tally shows only 84% counted. Florida shows 99%. Clearly there are votes left to count in those states.
Georgia, OTOH, has a huge fight for votes which were not counted, a majority of which were in Black precincts--imagine that, in Georgia. Shocking, I know.

What NONSENSE. The Broward County KNOWN Fraudocrat was trying to prevent Republican representatives access to the ballots , and to the counting itself, and , considering the MULTIPLE CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS, by the FRAUDOCRAT in this VERY SAME COUNTY in 2000, there is no amount of CONCERN THAT IS TOO MUCH....
The Fraudocrats tend to "CREATE VOTES" , based on standards that they pull out of their asses, in blatant violation of the election laws of their state, and thus, the US Constitution (Read USSC 00-949 for specifics of this in 2000 ), so they definitely bear a CLOSE WATCHING OVER in this matter.
