For those of you who are too young, in the 2,000 presidential election the SCOTUS ended the vote count in Florida and ruled Bush the winner, This happened although not all of the votes in that state were not allowed too be counted. When an attempt was made before the courts ruling to count all of the votes, a group of Gopers not only from Florida but from other states used force and intimidation to end the vote counting. And that gave us GW Bush as president. First, many Americans never believed that Bush was the true president and that has lead to many of the problems we still have with us today. It also lead to two wars, both are still going over 14 years later. If the votes had been allowed to be counted and Gore had won, we would not have had the war in Iraq as Gore, unlike Bush and Cheney, would not have lied to get us into the War in Iraq. So, no matter who wins the elections in Florida and Arizona, let us have all the votes be counted. Let us not have a repeat of what happened in the 2,000 presidential election. Elections in this country are supposed to be about the one who gets the most votes wins and not who gets to stop the voting while one candidate or the other is ahead.

He isn't about the absurdity of stopping the counting. As for the rest, since much of what he is claiming is a matter of history, hard to point to the CT forum.

~snipped your version of history and your speculation about what would have happened...blah, blah, blah~

We also have rules...and that is the issue in Broward county. The Supervisor of Elections is not following the rules. This makes her actions very suspicious...especially when, days after the election, she keeps coming up with more and more ballots to count. Add to that the fact that she won't let anyone...except Nelson's attorney...in to see the work she's doing.

Add to that the lady's record of voting corruption and we have a justified suspicion of what's going on there.

What would you like to bet that if the Democrats had won in Florida...these "provisional ballots" would not have been "discovered?" ;)

Hard to justify stopping a count or even throwing out ballots on specious grounds if the total votes, ballots to be counted and ballots counted are less than the total registered voters on the rolls. Finish the count so the county is on record and is thus responsible for its count and its validation and then have it, both sides. Just wail away at each other if they want to do so. But stopping the count is a massive mistake proven so.

Nonsense. Votes are always added days after the election, win or lose. Both Hillary and Trump gained about 2 million more each several days after Nov 9, in 2016.

Arizona tally shows only 84% counted. Florida shows 99%. Clearly there are votes left to count in those states.

Georgia, OTOH, has a huge fight for votes which were not counted, a majority of which were in Black precincts--imagine that, in Georgia. Shocking, I know.

I haven't seen anyone say they want to stop the count. I've only seen people say they want the law followed while counting.

That is the same thing as stopping the count. You can't rush in and question the count in progress. If you think the counting is not being done correctly, let them finish the count, stack the ballots and have at it. The practical matter of trying to gain access to the counting centers is stopping the count.

The people trying to gain access at this point don't have any earthly idea even what they would be looking for. What happened in 2000 in Florida was a complete travesty and an embarrassment regardless of the result.

So true.

Getting the vote count wrong has far reaching consequences, let's get it right, let's get them all counted, that is fair, that is just.

Link to the ruies she is not following. According to Forida rules, she has until tomorrow to have her count done. Several other counties also have not finished yet.

You mean when GW Bush won on election night, then won BOTH LEGAL, STATEWIDE RECOUNTS, MANUAL and MACHINE, and the Fraudicrats then decided that they would IGNORE FLORIDA ELECTION LAWS, (as well as the US Constitution) and start ILLEGALLY "MAKING VOTES" out of spoiled ballots, using totally MADEUP CRITERIA, such as "dimpled chads" and other COMPLETELY ILLEGAL BULL****?

That? Until the USSC put an end to the CRIMINAL ATTEMPTED ELECTION THEFT?

Yeah..we REMEMBER, ALLRIGHT...because it looks like the Fraudocrats are up to the SAME BULL****.

WASHINGTON (CBSMiami/NSF
) – A Broward County Judge has ruled in favor of Gov. Rick Scott and says Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes must “allow immediate” viewing and copying of records that have been requested.

The judge added that it must be completed by 7 p.m.

The lawsuit in Broward filed against Snipes claimed that her office was withholding crucial voter information and has blocked access to the office. At the emergency hearing on Friday, Scott’s lawyers said this was a “simple” public records request case about access to Broward ballots, figuring out who voted, how they voted and how many votes have yet to be counted. They added that it’s not about how votes are counted or inspecting ballots.

“This information Supervisor of Elections should have already compiled and saved,” he added, “It should take 10 minutes to do.”

After the hearing, Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz argued that since Snipes was found to have violated Florida’s constitution by not following the state’s public records laws, the Governor should remove her from office.

“I’m calling for the Governor to place these offices in a state of receivership and there is a legal basis too do that because the Supervisor of Elections was violating the constitutional rights of Floridians,” Gaetz said.

And then there's the BLATANT CRMINALITY of OALM BEACH COUNTY FRAUDOCRATS:

Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher refuses to comply

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. —
West Palm Beach Circuit Court Judge Krista Marx has ruled in favor of Gov. Rick Scott and granted an injunction ordering Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher to submit “over-voted” and “under-voted” absentee ballots to the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board for an open and public review of each vote before they are counted.

“We are pleased that the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections is being held accountable for this failure. Bill Nelson is trying to commit voter fraud in broad daylight and we won’t let them. We will continue to fight for full transparency and accountability, and to protect the will of Florida voters.” – Jackie Schutz Zeckman, Scott for Florida Campaign Manager

But late tonight, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher announced that she is refusing to comply with a court order to submit over-votes and under-votes to the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board for review under the court-ordered deadline, according to Chris Hartline, Scott for Florida Spokesman.

Bull****.

The people who want access are the people who stand to lose if there are any shenanigans. The count should be open and transparent.

If you wait till the fraud happens, it'll be harder to catch it...especially when you consider that the law has already been broken.

I doubt you would be saying this if Gillium/Nelson won by a slim margin.

A judge has already found Snipes in violation of the State Constitution and State law. Do you want a link to that?

What NONSENSE. The Broward County KNOWN Fraudocrat was trying to prevent Republican representatives access to the ballots , and to the counting itself, and , considering the MULTIPLE CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS, by the FRAUDOCRAT in this VERY SAME COUNTY in 2000, there is no amount of CONCERN THAT IS TOO MUCH....

The Fraudocrats tend to "CREATE VOTES" , based on standards that they pull out of their asses, in blatant violation of the election laws of their state, and thus, the US Constitution (Read USSC 00-949 for specifics of this in 2000 ), so they definitely bear a CLOSE WATCHING OVER in this matter.

LBJ won election to the Senate in 1948 by the same process the democrats in Florida are seeking to give the election to the democrat today. If LBJ had not won the election by the "Box 13" additional votes added after the election was over then JFK would likely never have been shot and we would likely have never entered the Vietnam war.

Bush did not get us into the war, Hillary Clinton and her Senate war hawk friends did when the Senate declared war on Iraq in 2002.

Nobody should be allowed into the counting centers until the count is completed and validated. Then the ballots should be quarantined and whomever wants to have at with court filings or whatever should have at it.
