The alleged saboteur who's being sued by Tesla says he's a whistleblower revealing dangerous practices at the electric car manufacturer.

The former employee, Martin Tripp, told the Washington Post on Thursday that he did not tamper with internal company code, as alleged by Tesla's lawyers.

'SABOTEUR' doesn't look good on your resume. Prospective employers usually do background searches on candidates & this would fall right on the first page of a Google search.

In other news Musk is trying to pull a non refundable $2500 out of the pockets of those who want a Model 3 while continuing to refuse to make any promises on delivery date. I am not sure if they also forfeit the $1000 most of them handed over over a year ago if they cancel the order.

It sure looks like this ship is going down, Musk is burning good will with abandon.
