Actually some of us do care about a supreme court justice flying such a flag and claiming ignorance and trying to blame his wife. No wonder they complain their manhood is being taken from them. I can't control my wife he says, I guess that also means he can't control the flagpole on his property either. As a SCOTUS judge, you shouldn't be flying any kind of flag that can be taken as political. Are we supposed to care?

He is supposed to say, honey, love of my life, my inspiration, my reason for living, I don't think that's a good idea in the front of a supreme court justice's home, people might take it the wrong way. Too much?Alito respects his wife's freedom of expression. How is that a problem? Is he supposed to chain her to a bedpost?
With whom should he check with before he expresses his first amendment rights of free speech? The Justice might want to be more careful about what flag flies at his home.

It's her house?Alito respects his wife's freedom of expression. How is that a problem? Is he supposed to chain her to a bedpost?
Alito finally found a woman's rights he respects? It's her house?
He can allow her freedom of expression, but that expression prevents him from being able to perform his job. He can choose, but we already know how he feels about women's rights.

How much input do you have on the rest of the people who live in America?Maybe he did. And if she responds, "This is important to me?"
My wife has organised and attends a BLM vigil every saturday. I disagree with BLM and the vigil, but I support her in what she feels is important. She is more important to me than any political differences we have, and we've had many over our 50 years together.

Take a look at the first two Canon's of Judicial Conduct. Please try to have some level of reality in your claims.I assume the house is owned jointly.
No, his wife's freedom does not prevent his doing his job. Why would it? He's the SC Justice, not his wife.
You wouldn't happen to be a Supreme Court Justice, would ya?Maybe he did. And if she responds, "This is important to me?"

Why not? Apparently they'll take anybody.I'd like to give it a try.
She loses on this issue, sorry, the flag does not go up. Both parties can't have it their way, someone has to give. I can see why you have differences with your wife, politically.Maybe he did. And if she responds, "This is important to me?"

The Justice's neighbor might want to rethink her fondness for profanity.
But the neighbor doesn't make the laws we live by.
Are we supposed to care?
