Alina Habba replaced in Weisselberg case

Habba is no longer representing Allen Weisselberg, one-time senior Trump Organization figure, in the former president's civil fraud case.

Alina Habba has been replaced by Armen Morian as the attorney representing her "dear friend" Allen Weisselberg, a former chief financial officer of the Trump Organization, in an ongoing legal case, according to an April 7 court filing.

Her filing:
"IT IS HEREBY CONSENTED THAT MORIAN Law PLLC, 60 East 42nd Street, Suite 4600, New York, NY 10165, be substituted as counsel of record for Defendant, Allen Weisselberg, in place and stead of Habba Madaio & Associates LLP, 112 West 34th St, 17th & 18th Floors, New York, NY 10120."
 
Well, SHIT! I think the writing is still on the wall. Let the countdown begin! It's only a matter of time...

Needing a legit legal eagle's help here. If A. Weisselberg had cut a deal with prosecutors to admit under oath his criminal act(s) to avoid being a witness in the upcoming hush money trial, why hasn't his history of perjuries not voided this agreement allowing his sorry butt to be dragged into this trial to testify under oath?




On April 19, 2023, Weisselberg was released from a five month jail sentence after 100 days, for good behavior.

Thirty-two days later, on May 21, he committed perjury during a deposition, according to the Manhattan District Attorney.

On July 17 — 55 days later — he did it again, he admits.

And then again 87 days later, on Oct. 12, while on the stand in his civil fraud case, according to prosecutors.
 
Fired? Fake news.

Since the lawfare is working so well and Weisselberg is back in jail, there's simply nothing for her to do for him.
