Alabama newspaper editor calls on KKK to lynch Democrats
The editor and publisher of a local paper in Alabama is under fire for penning an editorial calling for mass lynchings by the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).
The opinion piece ran in his print-only newspaper, the Democrat-Reporter, last Thursday, Goodloe Sutton confirmed on Tuesday.
He said Democrats were going to raise taxes and that the KKK should hang them and raid Washington DC.
Alabama lawmakers have called for Sutton to resign.
The KKK is one of the oldest white supremacy groups in the US, formed just after the civil war. The group was behind many of the lynchings, rapes and violent attacks on African Americans in the 1900s.
The editorial began garnering attention online after students from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, tweeted photographs of the article.
COMMENT:-
What's the big problem here? Doesn't the 1st Amendment protect "freedom of the press" and "freedom of speech"? I mean, didn't the editorial SPECIFICALLY STATE "It's not calling for the lynchings of Americans."? I mean it's not as if the editorial were calling for hangings based on race, religion, gender, physical impediment, or national origin (doing that would be illegal) - right? Besides if those left-wing, loony, liberal, socialist, pinko, commie, N***** lovin', so-called "students" hadn't made a big fuss over nothing who would have cared - right?
So they've found a job for Trump's "very fine people" eh.

Your tongue-in-cheek commentary notwithstanding, ...
Freedom of the press is protected. That is why there is no law under which this editor can be charged for writing what he wrote.
That is not to say that there is freedom from consequences. People can retaliate by boycotting the advertisers in that paper until the editor is dismissed. They can put pickets up in front of the newspaper's publication site. They can boycott retail outlets that sell the paper, and they can cancel their subscriptions.
Freedom of the press doesn't grant you the right to incite violence against political opponents like freedom of speech doesn't grant you permission to shout fire in a crowded theater.
*gesp*! are you attacking journalists?!?! that's dangerous to our democracy! /cuckspeak
Recognizing people, journalists included, don't have unlimited rights and calling them enemies of the people are totally the same thing. Like totally. For realz.
Even when some of them are enemies of the people? hmm.
Even when some of them are enemies of the people? hmm.
Follow up with this: " "The Confederate Ideological War Upon and Against America from within the Trump and Republican Organizations and its Constituency....
There is "no act they won't comment", there is no governance system of policy they respect, and there is no honor unto the United States of America, the point and fact is ... the Confederacy NEVER ceased its acts of treason and subversive acts to invoke treasonous activities.
President Lyndon B. Johnson once said, "If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."

Today in society, they cry and whine that "white men are being discriminated against"... because... they no longer have "white male dominance as a means to have the ability to dictate to the masses and think they can ration out rights and privileges to women and minorities'..
They cry discrimination against white men, because they no longer have "white male privilege to have first option and first accessibility to anything and everything" and they cry discrimination against white men, because society will no longer accept or submit to white men dictating and controlling who can participate in employment, opportunity and political positions". They cry discrimination against white men, because women no longer will accept being "his possession" and she is today, demanding "equality in all things", and the right to "love whom ever she wants".
These are the same white men, who today, are angered because women no longer accept being abused and used as sex objects and now can use the law to call out and punish these white men with and those without money, who think they have some given right as white men to treat women as a "service provider of pleasure" at his beck and call.
And surrounded by cars up on blocks.Correctio House that used to have wheels but are now on jackstands
Yes moron, even then.
Well yeah, it’s Alabama, the land of good ole’ boys, outside toilets, and houses on wheels.
These again are the same white men who can't digest the element of "equality"... so he detest that he has to compete with women for jobs, based on equality and competency, he truly detest that he has to compete with minorities on "equality and competency" and he tries to push outrage, becasue he can't dictate who gets and opportunity and who does not, based on his racial and gender bias mentality of race and gender prejudices".
This is straight out of the Antebellum history, of seeing women as nothing more than a possession and a machine of pleasure that can produce and heir. who can be bought fully, by his usage of money to give her shelled and money to go shopping.... and the delusion that she can have status, as long as she is his possession, as long as she treats him like he is "master over her".
This history of living and enacting such power over women and society in general and the control to regulate who gets economic uplift... is a fight that is played out each day, by the same premise and principle, that "none relinquish power willingly".... so they fight like a wild savage beast trying to control, sustain and re constitute that power over society, its women, and its minorities and its economic and political systems.
How dare any minority complain about the economic devastation he thrust upon them and how dare they complain about the denial of them using the investment banking systems as a means to build up their communities and their lives. How dare them, to complain about wage, when they have been historically used not only as slaves, but as if they were serf who are beholding to the wealthy masters.... who control them to remain being relegated to the economic status of the poor.
How dare the poor want access to go to places the wealthy go, and how dare them think they should have access to the systems of education that was designed for the wealthy, by the wealthy, to teach the wealthy how to keep the money in the hands of the wealthy, and how to keep the masses contained into subservience... by keeping them ignorant and uneducated.
It was never going to be pretty nor was it going to be without contentions and challenges, vile and malice in the ways they will fight to try and cling to white nationalism of white male dominance, It was never going to be respectful of democracy nor the principles of democracy, in how the process of the down fall of "white nationalism of white male dominance was and is to be rid from American Democracy and the American Society....
This goes all the way back to the white nationalist of white male dominance, once tried to claim the United State Constitution was ONLY for white males. It was the system that white males did not allow women to vote, and considered minority black people as 3/5 of a person, only for the sake of the white males to use them to give himself the ability to have the power of more than one vote.
Society today... will not accept any more of the "white nationalism of white male dominance, as being the controller and the system to ration out rights and privileges to women and the mass of non white society.
