True, I'll bet Malaki would just have loved to have some A10's and a few helicopters with qualified airmen to take ISIS out while they were motoring to different cities in Iraq. Would have been like shooting fish in a barrel, like the US did on that road to Baghdad from Kuwait in desert storm.
I saw a video clip of ISIS traveling single file on a desert road, it would have been too easy.
I'm going by the half-million people who are running from ISIS forces.
ISIS, beheadings and the success of horrifying violence - The Washington Post
This is precisely why we shouldn't be arming countries like this in the M.E.
How many times does this have to happen before anyone makes the connection that arming extremist militants and even terrorist groups like alqueada is the INTENTION and not some continuously occurring accident?
Many are also running from the Iraqi government airstrikes which will inevitably follow, not wishing to become collateral damage...
I am surprised we cant disable it remotely.
Sire we can !
A drone armed with a hellfire missle shoukd dk the trick.
They're more concerned with what IS happening vice what isn't.
ISIS: gruesome photos of apparent mass killing of Iraqi soldiers.
Yea, I mean like a kill switch in the ECM.
Gruesome, but soldiers, not civilians or refugees.
The Russians and the Iranians will gladly show them how to fly those birds.

A war crime, either way.
No, Iran and Russia won't lift a finger to help them. Iran's Shiites are mortal enemies of the Sunni insurgents in Iraq, and have actually offered assistance to the Shiite dominated government of Iraq. And Russia is also their mortal enemy, since AQ and affiliated groups have supported attacking Russian soil.
That video clip may well have been a one time stunt for propaganda footage. At the end of the day, many of the Jihaders are combat veterans- some from multiple wars. They know how lethal US airstrikes are.
My guess is that they are moving in small groups, using slighly modified civilian vehicles, travel close to refugee columns, when they have to stop, its always residential areas, communication is done by olde fashioned messangers - no cell phones, radios etc. (they might use a pony express style network with motorbikes). During stops, and at night, the fighters never sleep near their vehicles.
As such, most would be very difficult to hit with airstrikes, espescially with out spotters on the ground.
I don't know... I've never really said that before, I thought that that was pushing it if it's true, but even if true it may not be relevant, at least on its own.Let me guess, you actually think Obama is a super secret Muslim don't you?

I couldn't say with any certainty where his allegiances lie, however, there is a growing pile of pretty damming evidence that suggests that his allegiances are anything but towards Americans.
for chrissake he's favored about every extremist and or terrorist group that's sprung up in the middle east.
you can only cut a guy so many breaks before you just gotta stop giving the benefit of doubt.
Give control in America to liberals...and this is what you get.
No surprise here.
