Congo launched it's third rocket, Troposphere V (Troposphere I and III could not take off)

"Heavier, taller, more powerful: after 3 months of scientifical research, the team of the engineer Jean-Patrice Keka has built a new rocket: Troposphere V.

The last details (LOL @ the circular saw!) have been handled on the roof of the laboratory

blah blah blah

1'05": they don't have a lot of funds, but they sure have a lot of ambitions: their aim is to launch a rocket at an altitude of 36km (20 miles) at a speed of Mach 3, with an innovation: a rat will take place in the rocket.

1'32": (LOL @ the uniforms :rofl)

Launch @ 1'48'' :rofl:rofl "Troposphere V did not fly as expected, but the engineer isn't unhappy" : "effectively, I think it is a great victory, as you've seen" :rofl

2'24": we don't know what has happened to the poor little rodent :rofl
