About the end of the world prophecy, supposedly predicted by the Mayans

Maybe the Mayan calendar ended because the guy who actually knew how to do it just died. Or maybe he just got tired of it and said "okay, 2012 is far enough." LOL! It's so retarded that people would think just because the calendar ended on a specific date that it automatically means the world is coming to an end. Anyways, what would make people think that the Mayans could see into the future? The whole thing is just really stupid IMO. :lamo

Well we are still alive. I have to admit I am happy about it. But still how cool would have been if the world ended on my birthday of all days and the winter soltice?:lamo
