The attitude and words used by the right about the trans community is sick. Just as sick as they think trans folk are. Why the hate, disdain and anger I'll never understand. It's that kind of attitude that breeds violence. The amount on anger and hate (both sides) in the US against fellow Americans is destroying America and only Americans can fix it....not the other guy, the guy in the mirror!

It's a non-issue that Trump uses to keep his dimwits angry. That's been Trumps whole political 'strategy', keep as many people as possible as angry as possible for as long as possible.
He tries to keep them angry at schools for arranging transgender surgeries, at the Democratic Party for promoting post-birth 'abortions', angry at windmills fergawdsake and angry at drag performers reading stories to make their sons gay.
The magatry is about the dumbest electorate anywhere and they're easiest manipulated when they're mad.

I belong to another group that also comprises about 10% of the population - another instance of "far from normal?"
I belong to a third group - about 15% of the population. More "far from normal?"

Should these groups I belong to also be demonized/marginalized by the American right?

LOL. Left handed in NOT normal. Blue eyed is fairly normal because 90% of Americans aren't one eye color. If you are a woman, then being over six feet tall is certainly not normal.
