A young moose named Emil, who immigrated from Poland, becomes a rockstar in Austria.

Elks are not endemic here in Austria and for 3 weeks now, a young male moose named Emil is now on the loose here in Lower Austria, wandering through cornfields and private gardens, streets and eating apples from apple trees.

He now even has a growing Social Media Fan Page.

Experts think he’s looking for a female, but there ain’t one here. Maybe he will go back north before winter comes.
