A 'new world order' with a weaker US happening as we watch

Keeping with the lightweight warheads allows us to deploy a bunch more warheads. Heavier warheads means fewer warheads.

But make up your mind. You were unhappy with the news that the US is developing heavier warheads, and now you are unhappy with my suggestion that it would be better if we stayed with lightweight warheads.
