Denys Davydov is in shambles! Increasingly the Russians are not playing fair. Russian assault units had recently pulled up to the west and north of Pokrovsk. Pokrovsk being the big prize, the smart money was on the Russians pushing west and southwards to snap shut the doors of a pincer on Pokrovsk. Instead the Russians said: maybe not. And headed nortwards, slicing through Zelensky's Donbass Maginot Line with the ease of shit through a goose- to paraphrase Patton- to a depth of at least 10 kilometers!' This kind of blitz has not been seen from either side since 2022.

And what is amazing is that this Russian thrust was not heavy on amour or apcs. It was pure Mad Max. Bikes, shot guns, assault shovels. So why did the Ukrainian defenders in the fortifications not stop them? They were no where to be found. Here begins to be felt the manpower shortages that have been plaguing Ukraine. With the smart money on Pokrovsk, scarce resources and men must have been scraped and rushed there; leaving other areas dangerously thin. Which explains why the Russian Mad Max literally walked the 10 kilometers of entrenchments. There was nothing worth calling a fight.

That's why Denys Davydov is in agony and cannot be consoled. Others have taken pain to explain to Ukraine’s Baghdad Bob that the penatration is thin and that Ukrainians will nip it at the base. Some more optimistic ones insist it is all a Ukrainian trap. But Denys is not buying it.

Is Bandera Bob overreacting?

Should Zelensky fire Gen Oleksandr Syrsky? Trump and Putin are set to discuss the Duce's fate in a few days in Alaska. Is Gen Syrsky trying to hand them his head on a platter? A debacle is all they need.

This post is pure propaganda filled with exaggerations and memes like “Mad Max bikes and shotguns.” The reality is that Ukrainian forces are fiercely defending the front near Pokrovsk, with ongoing heavy fighting and no sign of abandoned trenches. Claims tying the situation to the Trump/Putin summit or blaming Ukrainian generals are baseless conspiracy theories. Don’t fall for this disinfo. Ukraine is under pressure but far from collapse.

The only Baghdad Bob involved IMO in this is the OP's posts, which are Putin's Baghdad Bob. If he was an employee of Putin I suspect it wouldn't change a word in his posts. Also IMO he is an enemy both of the Ukrainian people in particular, but the principles of freedom, international law, prohibition of illegal invasion, the UN Charter, and more also.

LOL Clearly you do not know who Denys Davydov is. Which means you dont know what you are talking about. Denys is the biggest pro Ukraine blogger with more than half a million followers. I wont be surprised if you dont even know that he is a big pro Ukraine blogger; if you did you wont have posted what you posted.

Gradually, Then Suddenly: A Russian Breakthrough Sets Ukrainian Alarm Bells Ringing

It's one of Russia's biggest battlefield advances in months. For Ukraine, it couldn't come at a worse time.

Sometime over the weekend, Russian troops broke through Ukraine defensive lines north of the Donbas city of Pokrovsk, east of the smaller town of Dobropillya. According to military analysts and Ukrainian and Russian open-source bloggers, Russian units have pushed some 17 kilometers north of their previous lines -- a huge leap by recent battlefield measures -- capturing the village of Zolotiy Kolodyaz and coming close to a secondary supply road that stretches from Dobropillya to the north.

Some open-source reports suggest Russian forces may have actually captured the road and the village of which would further threaten supply lines for Pokrovsk, which itself is partially encircled. Last week, Russian sabotage units were reportedly spotted in the city's southern outskirts, pushing toward the city's train station in the center.

There are more Ukrainian sources reporting on this breakthrough, in case you need more

From your own source.....

In a post to Telegram on August 12, Ukraine's top military commander, General Oleksandr Syrskiy, confirmed "infiltration" units had bypassed some Ukrainian positions: "Some of the groups have already been destroyed, the rest are in the process of being destroyed." Reinforcements from some of more battle-hardened units are also now being deployed.

Putin has been trying for over a year to capture Pokrovsk. Analysts calculated that Russia lost 1,000 soldiers for every hectare captured near Pokrovsk.

Dadyov is pro-Ukrainian, but is willing to discuss when things go badly.

However, that attack vector is turning out to be less than optimal for the Russians.

Why are you STILL carrying water for this murderously retarded neocon-provoked war?

Because I believe in the the UN charter, the Charters of Freedom, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the principle of sovereignty.

I doubt you are familiar with all of the above. All you know is QAnon and 4-chan conspiracy yarns.

It seems you believe in the narrative of murderously retarded neocon$....

Worry about 'freedom', injustice, government secrecy/obfuscation, etc. ad nauseam, in your own country before you try to 'fix' other countries!

"...Russian forces have reached the final Ukraine defensive line in Donbass: Slavyansk-Kramatorsk. And is fast encircling key strongholds near Pokrovsk and Konstantinovka. Talk about a strategic/psychological turning point. From there, the – steppe – sky is the limit.

Compound it with the combined hacking of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – which revealed that Kiev’s losses, in terms of dead and missing, amount to a staggering 1.7 million.

All of the above means that we are fast approaching the fateful moment when the victor dictates the full terms of the enemy’s capitulation. No need to march to Bankova in Kiev and plant the Russian flag....''

You can't use analogies like Baghdad Bob when Baghdad fell in 22 days, and we are three and a half years into Russia's blitzkrieg of Ukraine. Well you can, but then it looks like projection.
