I mean, sure. Did you also know that people who do heroin often times negatively impact their families and loved ones due to their harrowing addiction?

These days, children have access to the most gratuitous and graphic pornography you can think of at the reach of a google search. There's significant literature which says this literally melts developing brains and obviously has tremendous negative effects even on developed brains.

However, seeing as we live in a society which takes a maximalist approach to individual freedom, there's no real good argument against access to pornography. Apparently perverse social ills should be allowed to metastasize ad infinitum and future generations will be left to contemplate why there is some vague social malaise and we'll just apathetically shrug our shoulders - that's the cost of freedom, BAY-BEE!
 

I'm close enough to 80 to claim octogenarian status....

I've been single for all but two very weird years of my life.

I've been sexual active since I was 15.

My experience is that we men don't pay enough attention to our partners needs, in AND out of the bedroom, instead seek personal gratification.

When you grow up and become unselfish in that regard, you will be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams.

I will add that keeping close attention to their non sexual needs has its own rewards.

Porn should be shared; make it inspirational with your partner
 

I will not give up my porn, strip clubs or call services.

I get plenty of satisfaction

No one is arguing against access, but if we want to know what is causing so many relationships to fail, it doesn't hurt to KNOW what one of the causes might be. Like knowing that smoking causes cancer but no one is suggesting outlawing cigarettes.

Depends. Isn't a lot of porn showing women being submissive, even forced, into pleasing the man? Asking for a friend.
 
They watched a few minutes of film and interpreted the study to be asking them the questions relative to the film. That doesn't mean they were instantly reprogrammed to mean their partners were ugly! It just means they grabbed those vague head-scratcher psychawazzis questions and thought "well THIS is what they mean!"

Uh uhh, for me most porno films seem really clumsy.
It's not too far from "Logjammin" starring Karl Hungus in "The Big Lebowski".
It's difficult for me to be stimulated by that because I'm laughing too much.



Now, a MOVIE with a hot sex scene? That can get me in the mood.
In fact, Lady Gaga didn't even take her clothes off in the sex scene in "House of Gucci" but I almost needed a cigarette afterwards.
My dirty little mind was a dead giveaway.

Yeah to me getting both is rather hard, its either sex with a comically low effort story or great story in theaters with softcore so boring it may as well not even be there.
 


One of the sexiest scenes in all moviedom is from Basic Instinct when Sharon Stone sits down to be interviewed by the cops and crosses her legs....

THAT mere second of her exposed vagina is the most paused film segment in the history of cinema.

It appears at 27:38 in the film.

It is merely the uncrossing of a beautiful woman's legs sans panties but is more engaging than anything in Deep Throat.

As an aside.....while a news reader in Montreal reading the 11 o'clock news my staff rolled a copy of Deep Throat (as it was just out) on a monitor while I was live on air. It was more than six minutes to the break but the longest six minutes of my life!
 
Ummmmmmmmmmm, if you think THAT was one of the sexiest scenes, you have clearly missed out on some absolute gems in moviedom.
 
Porn is a bad habit. Most people would be better off if they gave it up. Or at least if they looked at it less often.
