This is Trump trying to exonerate himself by prosecuting people for the same crimes he was indicted on and convicted of.

This is the fraud retribution. He's got it down to making false statements on the value of property seeking lower interest loans.

Trump's not looking for crime. He's looking for Democrats who own property, and then combing records for any disparity that can be propagandized as fraud.

Trump is teeing off with "second home," apparently. Did she report the home as being three times its actual size? This gives MAGA tingles. It's not going anywhere. It's just another day in a soap opera that began with Greenland. What happened to Greenland?

It's not just her, it's been estimated that 25% of applicants lie on their loan application. It's just one of many reason we had the 2008 housing bubble collapse. A woman of her knowledge, stature and position should know better.

Conviction is not the goal. Indictment is not the goal. Headlines are the goal, specifically headlines that do not have the word "EPSTEIN" in them.

Remember back when Trump extorted Ukraine to 'investigate' Biden? It was merely to generate headlines so Trump could run around the campaign trail saying "Biden is being investigated! Oh my!" Fortunately, Ukraine didn't play that game. Unfortunately, someone in the senate said "Let's go after Biden's kid!"

2016, GOP controlled the Senate. "Candidate Hillary is being investigated! Oh my!" As soon as the election was over, the matter was dropped.

1996, the GOP controlled senate announces president Clinton, who is seeking re-election, is under investigation. Oh my! Those senate hearings led to exactly zero referrals for prosecution. Again, as soon as the election was over, they dropped the matter.

Prediction: As soon a front runner for the Democrat presidential nomination emerges, there will an 'investigation' announced. Guaranteed.
 
Mortgage fraud is very popular amount the ruling class. It's probably something thats spread by word of mouth that if you lie on your mortgage app, as a public figure it won't be dealt with. If a "normal" person lied on their mortgage app they would face everything from foreclosure all the way up to jail time. Drain the swamp.

But that's not what she did. She bought multiple properties in the same month, and claimed she would be living in both of them full time, so that mortgage rates would be lower.

Interest rates on rental and secondary properties are higher, and she didn't want to pay the same prices to the bank that others did.

Owning a beach house is ok; lying about living there to pay less is not.

"On Thursday night, Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Bill Pulte dropped a second criminal referral against Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook based on evidence that she entered into a 15-year mortgage on a third property which she listed as her "Second Home."



On an ethics form signed with the government, however, Cook noted it as an "investment/rental property."

Why is this bad and not simply a 'clerical error'? As Pulte notes, "Representing the property as a second home may have allowed Cook to secure a lower “Second Home” mortgage down payment and rates, as investment properties typically carry higher down payments and higher rates due to increased risk.""

Is there no end to Ken Paxton's mortgage fraud? In addition to the indictments against him? He has claimed each of the three homes that he owns to be his primary residence in order to get a lower interest rate on the mortgages.

Hmm. I wonder how many MAGAs are as upset about this as they are with Cook? Will he be prosecuted by Mr. Pulte? Those are rhetorical questions, BTW.
