So, we have Ford who says Keyser was at the party and we have Keyser saying she was NOT at the party and yet we have Keyser saying that she believes Ford. Got it. I'd hate to have to go to the jury with that.

I totally understand the left's wanting revenge for the Merrick Garland thing. I really do, even though these are two completely different situations. The right obviously played partisan politics to stop Garland from making it to the Court. But, the right never once tarnished the character of Garland or falsely accused him of any crimes in order to stop his nomination. What the left is doing to Kavanaugh is totally disgusting. In fact, this whole MeToo movement has begun a new era in which you can destroy political or other opponents or further your agenda by mere accusations alone with no proof.
Why would they even need to tarnish Garland? Refusing him a hearing was sufficient. Also, your post contains the inherent assumption that Republicans could find something dirty on Garland if they really wanted to.

The unfolding drama over the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford just got even more bizarre as Ed Whelan, president of the conservative Ethics and Public Center (EPPC) released the picture of a remarkably similar looking teenager who could have been the culprit in the alleged attempted rape. While Ford insists that she could not be mistaken, the release of the photo adds a new element to the hearing . . . and could raise some interesting legal issues after suggesting Chris Garrett (right) could be responsible for the attack. The problem is that there is not a single scintilla of evidence that has been offered to link Garrett to the alleged assault. He has simply been drop into these boiling cauldron and the only explanation is his similar looks and home in the area (which is hardly surprising for schoolmates who attended the same school).

I can tell you that if someone from pretty much every party I went to said “hey...remember that party over at Tillman’s moms house where Joanie took off her top and dance on the table to The Wall”? I would remember it. And if I was one of just 4-5 people at a party where one of those attending just up and vanished...yeah...I think I would recall that as well.
So no one else can answer it...maybe you can. WHY do you believe her? None of the participants she has claimed were in attendance have any recollection of the party, let alone the incident. Whatever may or may not have happened happened 4 decades ago. The woman in question has a history of liberal activism and an axe to grind against Trump.
So why do you believe her? A REASONABLE position would be to believe it possible. But to BELIEVE it happened with nothing more than he said she said? You have to be invested in THAT it happened.
