4 Wounded In Shooting At Toronto Raptors Victory Celebration : NPR

Luckily no one was killed.

It's a long, long story, relating the incidence of gun violence in Toronto over the past couple of years and not a story well suited for this thread. Having zero information, at this time, related to the shooters and the circumstances, I'll refrain from commenting further, other than to say that in a crowd approaching 2 million people on a day when many waited hours for the parade to wind it's why through those millions, it's kind of a testament to the vastly larger numbers of great people in Toronto that there wasn't more of an issue both during the parade and during the celebrations on Thursday night/Friday morning following the Raptors' game six win.
