And I find these comments from a news article interesting...

"A resident who had promoted the protest wrote on Facebook: “The power is out in Moore County and I know why.”

"The woman, who says she works at a group called Moore County Citizens for Freedom, later said she had been visited by law enforcement officers.

“I told them that God works in mysterious ways and is responsible for the outage,” the woman wrote."

"I used the opportunity to tell them about the immoral drag show and the blasphemies screamed by its supporters.

“I told them God is chastising Moore County, thanked them for coming, and wished them a good night."

How many people suffer in a black out?

How many die?

There's always victims. It's not just inconvenience.

Assholes!

If someone did this intentionally I don't think they really care.

I read at least two of the stations had been damaged by gunfire.

This looks like a dry run for a terrorist op to me.

Sounds like some long prison sentences are in order.

Treat it as terrorism.

It IS terrorism and may even be spelled out in law.

Attacking any public utility, from a water reservoir to missile sites I believe there is a special clause that takes it way beyond mischief.

There's something rattling around in my brain about a water reservoir and red dye being dumped. My brain does not retrieve memories in full at this age, but that incident got a couple of teens 20 years each. And it wasn't even harmful, it was food die for pastry

Damn I hate it when I can only retrieve fragments. Old is wonderful only because the alternative is so ugly...
