That is a bit disappointing. I had hoped that thousands would have been arrested. I really think that this is existential for labour.
There are other left of centre options out there.
I cant support a party that backs genocide. They are so out of touch with their voters.
Its like having a tory governmeent back.

You mean you cannot support a party that doesn't support the genocide of the Jewish people.

Link?

Rally?
You want tol share with us what rally, when and by whom for what purpose?
This is the worst ****ing thread post I've even seen

The only Americans I know that support the genocide of the Jewish people are Republicans.
Both far-left and far-right wingers are united in their wish to remove the world from the Jewish people, each for their own reasoning.

A falsehood ironically told by those who support the genocide of the Jewish people.

In April, historian Amos Goldberg, the Jonah M. Machover Chair in Holocaust Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, published an article in the online magazine Local Call (Siha Mekomit, in Hebrew) accusing Israel of committing "genocide" in Gaza. He explains his position in an interview with Le Monde.

This is the third time I see you bringing up this nonsensical reference demonstrating your belief that a Jew saying some antisemitic nonsense you agree with makes it less nonsensical.

A falsehood really, and a lame one too.
Nope a fact.

Recently, two prominent Israeli human rights groups, B'Tselem and Physicians for Human Rights-Israel (PHRI), accused their own country of committing genocide in Gaza. This marks the first time that local Jewish-led organizations have made such accusations against Israel during nearly 22 months of war.
plus....
  • Amnesty International has concluded that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.
  • Human Rights Watch has stated that Israeli authorities have engaged in acts of genocide and the crime against humanity of extermination against Palestinians in Gaza.
  • B'Tselem, an Israeli human rights group, has also concluded that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.
  • Physicians for Human Rights - Israel is another Israeli group that reached the same conclusion.
  • Al-Haq, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) are Palestinian human rights organizations that have been vocal on this issue.
  • Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) has also highlighted the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.

It was a protest in support of a group called Palestine Action which was recently proscribed as a terrorist organisation, and displaying support for them is a criminal offence.

They were proscribed as a terrorist organisation after breaking into an RAF base and spraying paint on some aeroplanes.

It is a painfully ironic example of Stockholm Syndrome that all Israel is about now is the lebensraum.

The only folks being genocided right now are Palestinians.

If that's so, then pretty much every war ever is a genocide.

It's possible to accurately condemn Israel for going beyond what it had a duty to do without destroying the meaning of words. It may not feel like you took a sufficiently strong stand, but it'd at least be honest.

The word has a very specific definition. Picking the worst quote from Ben-Gvir won't change what happened on the ground. Even with the famine, a lot of civilians dying in a war against a terrorist group that slaughtered over a thousand of your citizens and took hostages is not "genocide", especially given when that group openly brags about getting lots of Palestinians killed.

It's not a mechanized, organized, round-up-and-kill-them-all, based on religious/ethnic hatred. It's just not.

Similarly, if I attack someone with a baseball bat, break an arm, and put them in a month long coma..... I have not *TORTURED THEM TO DEATH*.

But hey, it's one of those things where like MAGA's sayings, as long as critical mass of people on the left are saying it they all feel cross-validated.

False.

Mosr wars are not.

this one is.
I had hoped that thousands would be arrested and it would crash the jusicial system. The Uk is in the grip of israeli sympathisers.
I had sympathy with the israelis at one time but that is long since past.
There is no end to their brutality and no people should suffer this.

365 arrests now.

Israeli-born genocide scholar Omer Bartov explains why incitement, displacement and the destruction of civilian life can meet the legal bar for genocide.
