They, explore.org, showed footage of a brown bear cup that had a run in with a porcupine. Mom walked very slowly and avoided long distances until the cub recuperated. It was pitiful to see but all is well. Can't find the footage, sorry

It is things like this that point out a major move away from animals that humans have made. To humans...life is cheap. To animals...they will do whatever is needed to survive.
