There was a guy in Oxnard CA who was arrested repeatedly for holding up a sign before a DUI checkpoint telling drivers to turn around.

Could be considered a form of obstructing police duties depending on the state, but some courts have struck down such laws. It's definitely illegal if you're somehow trying to help an obvious drunk or fugitive evade arrest but would imagine that's kinda rare.
