    That would assume he is hollow inside, perhaps figuratively, certainly not literally. On the other hand, fat takes up much more space than muscle....lack of much muscle mass could account for the appearance of him being significantly more than 225 . I do not get him lying about his weight...

    It is not just the prematurity in and of itself. The mother suffered a devastating event very early in her pregnancy. Things that happen to the mother can clearly affect the baby. I pray the baby lives a long healthy life - he certainly faces many challenges.
