    The source for what? It's common knowledge SH defied multiple UN resolutions (I'm nearly positive it was 19 of them). It's also common knowledge he played games with the IAEA. I suppose I can go google it up for you, but I'm too lazy.

    He was thumbing his nose at 19 UN resolutions. He was shooting at both US and Royal Navy airplanes. He wouldn't allow the IAEA into Iraq to continue their WMD search. Isn't that enough? Why have UN resolutions if no one is going to enforce them?
