@jamesrodom I understand the concern you voiced, and that may in fact be correct. Though, it seems to me, if public parks were simply to add a couple things from what they already have, that is a shower(s) rather than just toilets and sink, microwave in addition to picnic tables, and 24/7...- xMathFanx

@icandoit This is already the case in America. Apply for Pell Grants & State Grants, one can go to Community College for free and receive a check in the mail. Community College has 20+ programs that lead to jobs in the $40,000-$70,000 range. -

@Hawkeye They have changed Phys Ed to the point that 16 year olds who are morbidly obese will get an A--effortlessly. That is the antithesis to a true PT standard. The same "quality" control has infected the academic standards as well. You can now get through k-12 without ever reading a book...
