    But I saw where it was actually the Democrat legislators who were bailing out to go to a fancy & quite expensive wine cellar restaurant in NAPA, while the GOP legislators stay in DC to keep bringing the bill to keep the government open. How did you miss this ?

    Since the bottom 50% only pay 3.7% of income taxes, I think we are already there where the top 50% pay 96.3% of all taxes.
