    I am fine with it as it is for very low level salaried employees. In most companies I know if you are salaried but not at a manager level you get overtime already.

    It will be interesting to see the end results of this. My sense is that workers will not work overtime and some will be moved from salary to hourly. There will of course be a benefit for some, not sure it will be 4 million.

    Doing a darn poor job of it! Hamas was able to kill 1,200 and kidnap over 200 Jews in a day. Israel should use Hamas' tactics in Gaza and get this war over with.
