    It seems those contributing here have a handle on the issues and the nomenclature used when discussing anti abortion vis a vis choice. I guess it would be interesting to hear people discuss the concept of personhood and the list of factors bearing on that and how they move the fuzzy line.

    I didn't say what the law was, I said that it has been an issue and whenever any issue of an intrusion under state aegis arises, the 4th is implicated. This is a digression. And yes, I agree. That only strengthens my point. Thanks.

    Take whatever they can get, pass all the legislation that can be jammed down their throats and work the courts, all at once and all the time. It will take a full scale war on every front to get even modest progress on the issue, because the opposite is the exact strategy of the gun lobby.
