    Fascism is fairly radical, does one have to be a radical to be anti-fascist? Granted, the step to "assassinate this leader" is radical, but opposition to fascism isn't.

    Tariffs are imposed upon imports, not on other countries. They may indirectly affect other countries by raising the price people in the USA have to pay for goods imported from them. But the answer is no.
