    I ask because, if the person or group making that determination has conflicts of interest, I question the validity of their decision. Edit: Which means that neither ICE nor protesting civilians get to make that determination.

    Weird, you responded, but not to anything in the post you were replying to. Edit: Unless you meant "they are so legitimate", which misses the point entirely. They could all be ICE agents, the issue is that they are masked and unidentified, so we don't know they are.
