    Was thinking the exact same thing. When McCain named her as his VP pick, his campaign was over. You'd be surprised how many people get very closely attached to their pets. I hope Trump picks her. It won't be as bad as Palin, but it will cost him votes.

    I can understand all that. But writing about it and almost bragging about it to gain a few political points is sick. Something like that is a private thing and should stay that way. I would wager that if the dog was high strung, it's because how it was treated as a pup. Not the dog's fault.

    I just recently put my dog down at 16 years old. It was his time. I left the vets office with tears running down my cheeks. I just can't imagine the lack of basic human decency among some people.

    Well, isn't that just too bad. Then perhaps they should follow the laws they took an oath to uphold and enforce. Your argument makes no sense. You wouldn't be saying this if it was Biden asking for immunity. You would be screaming "Lock Him Up."

    THIS (y) I have always believed that a president who commits a serious crime while in office should have no special treatment. What the hell is the VP for if he can't take over the duties?
