    I agree….it is none of my business. And IF I am fully aware that they were born with a penis or a vagina I will refer to that gender when addressing them. In cases in which I don’t know, I don’t feel an overwhelming need to be forceful either way.

    Well….at this point “he” isn’t sure of where his gender is. Sometimes…she, sometimes he. So, therefore I refer to him as the gender I know he was born with. I am not rude. I am honest. He has a penis. So, I am good with referring to HIM.
