    Asking all Liberals to answer a quesiton: What is a "Right"?

    If true, all the more reason to hand out these "rights" sparingly. It seems to me the people footing the bill for these rights should have far more say in the matter. As it stands now, the people footing the bill are demonized, with the freeloaders getting a huge megaphone with which to whine.
