    They have. They simply went home. I don't think that the First Officer can question the Captain. It's just not done. :( It's a cultural thing. Asian carriers, unfortunately, have a reputation for being the most dangerous.

    Great. So that one time is when the ILS was turned off, and these guys probably weren't trained on landing without it. Recipe for disaster. It's a miracle only two died, as horrible as it is for their families to deal with.

    Read it. Now I wonder if it may deter women from abortion at the time, only to return to a facility not requiring ultrasounds at a later time when the baby is more developed and it is more dangerous and more expensive to abort. Man...

    Supposedly, in the Asian culture, the captain flies and is not questioned. Very scary. Also, they probably didn't have much experience flying without a glide slope. They are taught to look at their controls, not outside.
