    Nonsense, the court can merely reinterpret impeachment itself within the constitution. Granted by the point the two branches duke it out this hard the people would probably have killed all of the officials or otherwise removed them.

    Anything less than 100 ping and you should be fine. DP loads well for me and hasn't particularly annoyed me yet. Loading time for a web page is like .20 seconds ish.
