    The Judge should sentence him to jail-time for violations of the gag order, then suspend the sentence until after the case ends and send him to jail after, if he continues to violate it. That way he doesn't become the martyr he so wants to be. But the judge is in a no win situation when it comes...

    Option #2: Guilty on some counts, not guilty on others. But he will never see jail. He will be able to wander free pending appeals, and either become POTUS and that will end it all. Or he won't and this whole thing will drag on for years, probably until he is dead and gone.
